For a service project last week we made cookies for the construction workers building the Meridian Idaho Temple.  We got to see the progress on the temple site and also got to learn about how the foundations of temples are built.  It was very cool!  The following link will show you an amazing video of what the temple will look like when finished.  http://www.ldschurchtemples.com/meridian/model/

Behind us to the right are the elevator shafts, the first thing to come up past ground level.

We are so excited!  The temple will be just five minutes down the road from us!  It is scheduled to be done in 2017.  Can’t wait!
