Christmas Eve

Nothing like rockin out to Trans-Siberian Orchestra while the boys clean the house because Santa only comes to CLEAN houses. Spotless ones. And Mr. Pres says, “That means nothing stuck in corners!” You got it! Clean it ALL!!!

And here they are rewarded for their hard work with the first present. New PJ’s.

  1. I love your blog. I laugh. I cry. That's also my criteria for a good book or movie. Emily and Garret can still make each other (and me) laugh by saying Sheep Harney. It was an elementary school we used to pass it on our way to Southern Shores, NC. Maybe Hecktown will become an automatic cue for laughter in your family. Though it sounds like you get plenty of laughter already.

  2. You do such a great job with your blog Camie. We have similar experiences with work parties. We have the most kids and everyone wonders why and how I could possibly be old enough to have so many. I also loved that you start your Christmas season with John denver. I do too. It's not Christmas till I hear John sing out \”See the sunlight through the pines, taste the warm of winter wine…\”
